Although I'm just an amateur photographer, I enjoy
taking pictures of nature and wildlife. We have an abundance of birds,
deer and other wildlife in the rural lakeside community in which we live.
I've even used photos of clouds and sky as background in my Rubber Stamp Art.
I enjoy feeding and watching the birds and deer. I'd like to share some of
my photos with you. I have added 8 New
Photos since last time.
All photographs are presented in "thumbnail" form for speed of loading. Click on any Thumbnail below to enlarge it. Please note that these pictures are all stored in what's known as "progressive JPEG" format. This means that most browsers will display the picture in it's entirety, but in degraded form initially, and clear up gradually as it downloads. After selecting a thumbnail, please wait for each download to complete. It has also come to my attention, while visiting a
friend, that some of these pictures looked really terrible on his
screen. This was because of a poorly adjusted monitor. All pictures you see at
this site have been optimized for viewing on a "standard" Gamma=1.8 to
2.2 monitor. If the inner and outer bands of each color in the following test
pattern do not appear at approximately equal brightness, you may want to adjust
your monitor's brightness and/or contrast controls until they do. |
